What is the return policy?
We want you to love your magnets! If there’s a printing issue, please reach out to us at Badgerandbearpress@gmail.com within 14 days. We will be happy to discuss a reprint. Because each order is custom, we don’t accept standard returns, but we’ll always make things right if something arrives with an error.
Are purchases final sale?
Because every Badger and Bear product is custom-made just for you, all sales are considered final. Once an order has entered production, we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
That said, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing issue — such as ink imperfections or scratches — please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly reprint or replace it.
Each item is made with care, and we take pride in ensuring your memories look their very best.
When will I get my order and do you ship internationally?
Each Badger and Bear creation is made to order with care, and we do our best to get your memories to you as quickly as possible.
Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days from the time they’re placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Please note that during busy seasons or holidays, shipping times may vary slightly — but rest assured, your order is always worth the wait.
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Badger and Bear products are proudly designed, printed, and hand-assembled in Michigan, USA.
Each piece is made with care and attention to detail — from the printing process to the final magnet finish — ensuring every order reflects the quality and craftsmanship that Michigan makers are known for.
How much does shipping cost and how will I know my order has shipped?
We like to keep things simple and transparent — shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order and delivered anywhere in the United States, no matter how many items you purchase. Whether it’s one special magnet or a full batch of keepsakes, you’ll always pay the same low shipping rate.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your memories arrive safely and beautifully. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
